From time to time, NutritionalTree.com receives sample products from various retailers and merchants. If at all possible, we try to make these available to visitors to our site. Please note that NutritionalTree.com does not sell or endorse any products, including any which are given away as samples. NutritionalTree will not contact you using this address for any reason other than to mail you your free sample. In order to prevent an overwhelming response, NutritionalTree is limiting the number of samples available every day. New Yoplait Light flavors

National research reveals need for “smart snacking” options
National dietary research from NHANES (National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey)** revealed that traditional meal patterns are rapidly changing. On average, Americans are snacking more than twice a day and are consuming more than 240 calories per snack. Given this fact, consumers would benefit from snacks that can satisfy a craving and provide important nutrients without a lot of calories.
No matter how you slice it, the rich and creamy flavors of Yoplait Light will help health-conscious consumers enjoy everyday indulgences without the guilt, says a Yoplait marketing manager. Here’s proof that it is possible to have your cake and eat it, too!
The new Yoplait Light cake-inspired flavors is available nationwide at a suggested retail price of 72¢ per 6 oz cup.

Homemade Rose Sugar
While I was in Portland Oregon, my friend had some rose sugar that was so yummy with tea. I tried to find some locally and was unsuccessful. I went on line and found a really easy recipe. 1 cup of organic rose petals well crushed, stems removed to 2 cups of granulated sugar. Put it in a mason jar for about 2 weeks and shake it a couple times a day. Here are some pictures of the sugar infusing and then the finished product. If any one is looking for a unique shower favor or would just like some for their own personal use I would be happy to sell you some. E-mail me or comment on my blog for pricing.
